Shipping and Returns/Refunds

All of our orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail with included tracking.  All orders are packaged carefully, utilizing a piece of stiff cardboard to assist with preventing the document from being bent during the shipping process.  We do not offer free shipping, express shipping, or ship with any other carrier.  We do no ship internationally.

Refund and Returns Policy

No refunds will be issued for documents in which the complaint is that the document is not “real enough.”  All sales are final.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to do necessary research before placing an order,

REFUNDS may be issued in the following circumstances:
– If we are unable to print your document under any circumstance.

– If you overpaid your order.
 
A refund will not be provided if the shipper (USPS) is responsible for late delivery.  Once your package is picked up by the shipper, we lose control of the shipping process.  If the shipper is unable to locate your address or you are not available to sign for your package and your package does not arrive within your timeframe, we cannot be held responsible. To get a refund in those instances, you may file a claim with the shipper and they may reimburse you directly.

If an error has been made on your document, on our behalf, we will not issue a refund but will quickly replace the document and reship using your original shipping preference.  If you, the consumer, provided us with inaccurate information and received the order with the exact information you provided to us, we will not ship a replacement or refund.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the information provided to be printed on the document is accurate.

We allow you 14 days in which to notify us of a misprint or request a reprint.  After 14 days have elapsed, we will no longer be able to assist with a reprint or a refund under any circumstance.

If you wish to CANCEL your order, you must provide notification to us of your intent to cancel within one hour of placing your order.  If one hour has elapsed after the placement of the order, we cannot guarantee cancellation of the order.
